Reflection

This week I got to work more on my writing and I found that when I write a short story I tend to forget about paragraphs. I do know that paragraphs are needed to separate parts of the story but I always somehow think this does not apply to short stories. Through making a writing mat, I now have reminders telling me not only about paragraphs but also to think about the purpose and audience when I'm writing. We also started a literature circle this week that I found very helpful because we got to share our thoughts, perspectives and information we have regarding the story/chapters we read. Having this literature circle also means that we will always be reading and improving our vocabulary.
